I am an outgoing, sociable person in general but can be shy in large groups, my friends never believe me when I say this though. I have a degree in business Information Systems but am also a personal trainer and teach Body Pump and Spin. I enjoying running, squash, tennis,cycling, most things really. I believe in balance, like to do the exercise because it makes you feel good, but also love good food and wine, quite often a bit too much! I rarely watch tv, except BBC News in the morning with my tea which is compulsory and even have a teasmade as I have no boyfriend to make it at the moment (that is part of the job description!)I do like a good film but am known for talking quite a lot! You cant beat good conversation especially with laughter.
