I have very recently become a mum, and I am looking for someone to hopefully share this new adventure with me. I am not your average mother - I spent most of last year on a 40 boat sailing across 10,000 miles of the Pacific, and before that I lived & worked in China for almost 4 years. I am spontaneous, fun, adventurous, intelligent and loving. I am not a demanding woman; I ask only honesty, loyalty, and that promises be kept. I firmly believe in treating people the way I want to be treated. If you are looking for an airhead who looks good and laughs at your jokes but has no conversation, do not contact me! I am well travelled, well read and well educated, and not too bad looking! In my spare time I write novels and attempt to sketch, but I also love horse riding, sailing, scuba diving, tennis, reading, movies, travelling, and watching rugby and Top Gear, to name just a few hobbies. I am both openminded and opinionated, and can spend many a long evening debating everything from rugby to the purpose of the universe. I am something of a contradiction as my life and interests are so varied: I feel as comfortable at a black tie dinner as at a Metallica concert! I am never afraid to try new things, I love meeting new people and exploring new places. I do like my own space and freedom, so I need someone who is happy for me to have my own friends who I spend time with, just as I am happy for my man to spend a weekend off with his mates. If there is no trust in a relationship, then what is the point? I want there to be no misunderstandings - I come with a family, and anyone who is not 110% happy with this dont even bother getting in touch. I am always happy to make new friends, but ideally I am looking for someone to potentially step into the Daddy shoes and join our little family. I am not a totally baby-oriented mum; I will make time for the man in my life, but you must understand that my son comes first.
