I love snowboarding - good clean fun, however dont get to practice that much living in this country! Not been boarding yet this season. Have been for 8 years previous - that doesnt mean I am good, I can just about get down the mountain in my own fashion without breaking any limbs. I am not keen on the gym - it bores me, but I do like spinning classes, and go for a run with friends in the week and we do come back panting (but that might be due to the lack of oxgygen from all the chatting we do) ! I like to meet up with friends at the weekend for a catch up or few drinks in their home cities in either Preston, Manchester or Liverpool. I am well travelled - I have been to many places as I am an ex air hostess, so I have been lucky enough to travel 5 star to Jamaica, Barbardos, Maldives, Dom Rep, Mexico, Cuba, America and Canada, however I have been known to rough it also as I have backpacked round Oz and Thailand, making one pair of knickers last 6 days!!! I love to get away for long weekend city breaks with friends and you cant beat a nice weekend in the Lakes - I am originally from Cumbria so it is nice to get back up to see everyone. I try to get to my parents apartment out in Spain as much as possible to get the flip flops out and see the sun. I like to push myself out of my comfort zone now and again to get the heart beating a little faster - I have ski-dived, bungie jumped, scuba-dived, had a ride in a hot air balloon and white water rafted. Next on my adventure tick list is to go on Safari in Africa to track down the big 5. I keep very busy in the week with my job, it is an unpredictable 9-5. I love the pressure and the social aspect that comes with my job, my career is very important to me. I live in my own home with my beautiful little boy who makes me laugh and smile every day.
