To stay more motivated in reaching my goals I try to set short goals for myself. This helps me get ready to reach my biggest goals. I know Im in good shape because I take care of my body and I watch what I eat. Not always easy sometimes lol.So why am I on here? Probably for he same reasons you are!!!
