I run 3 times a week and gym at least 3 times a week. plus having a 7 month old springer spaniel to walk twice a day... a 13yr old daughter.... 2 sons who should have thier own place by now(heres living in hope!!)... i have a good sense of humour, have to in our house lol... luv my friends , hate shopping... yes i know most women do but i hate it.....favorite tipple is southern comfort but partial to a glass of wine when socialising,.... never drink more than a cuppa in the house and some may say that i am a tea-aholic..... have loads of patience and easy going want to do a sphereball run, paracute jump and a 2nd abseil... mad yes i no have been told that numerous times especially after finishing the Cardiff half marathon...looking for a someone to chat and have a laugh with...someone with a good sense of humour, i do sarcasm very well, have a sharp tongue and dont take fools or liers lightly...and someone who can keep up with me!!(and boys i dont mean in bed)! i believe everything happens for a reason...people change so that you can learn to let go ... things go wrong so that you appreciate them when there right.... you believe lies so you eventually learn to trust no one but yourself... and sometimes good things fall apart so that better things can fall TOGETHER.......
